Hormones function to control and regulate many processes within the femail body and subsequently hormonal imbalances may lead to an array of symptoms.
Premenstrual tension or premenstrual syndrome is a complex combination of psychological and physical symptoms including possible irritability, tension, fluid retention, breast tenderness, headache, abdominal bloating and weight increase.
Low level of the hormone progesterone can contribute to premenstrual symptoms such as breast pain and irritabilitiy.

Vitex agnes-castus or 'Chaste Berry'
The herb Vitex agnus-castus is indicated for the relief of symtoms of premenstrual syndrome and dysmenorrhoea including-
• Management of pre-menstrual tension/syndrome
• symptomatic relief of dysmenorrhoea
• relief of pre-menstrual breast pain
• relief of menstrual symptoms including menstrual cramps
• may assist in the management of irregular and/or heavy periods
• relief of menstrual pain

Each capsule contains:
Vitex agnus-castus (Chaste Tree) extract
equivalent to dry fruit 1000mg

No added gluten, starch, yeast, milk derivatives, lactose, artificial colour, flavour or preservatives.

Directions for use
Adults: Take 1 capsule, one to three times daily.
