Blooms St John’s Wort 2000 is formulated to calm the nervous system and contains a high quality herbal extract. As a traditional European medicine the herb was used to help many conditions. It has anti-inflammatory and mood modulating properties. Hyperforin has been shown to inhibit the reuptake of the neurotransmitters serotonin, norepinephrine and dopamine. Each capsule contains:
Hypericum perforatum (St John’s Wort) extract
equivalent to dry flowering herb 2 g (2000 mg)
standardised to hypericin 1 mg

Adults: Take 1 capsule three times daily.
