Coconut water contains five key electrolytes which hydrate and nourish the body. Electrolytes replenish essential mineral salts that can be lost during daily activities, exercise and sweat and must be replenished in order for optimum muscle function and other important body processes. Extremely low in calories, this great tasting powder has no artificial colours or flavours and contains no glucose, fructose or other added sugars.

Organic coconut water powder, maltodextrin (corn), modified potato starch, amino acid blend with BCAAs (L-glutamine, leucine, ornithine hydrochloride, isoleucine, valine, taurine), minerals (potassium chloride, magnesium phosphate, calcium carbonate), citric acid (330), natural & nature-identical flavours, salt, stevia.

No added wheat, gluten, yeast, lactose, milk derivatives, animal products, salt, sugar, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Mix 5 g in 100 ml of water and drink 1-2 servings before, during or after exercise. Take a maximum of 2 serves a day.
